Jupiter Systems & JOQS

Over the past 26 years, we have developed and maintained JOQS -- the Jupiter Online Quote System -- for Jupiter Systems. JOQS has produced more than 150,000 quotes for Jupiter's line-up of display wall controllers.

Through the years, Jupiter has asked us to implement a wide variety of discounts, markups, tariffs, regional pricing, dealer and channel rules, configuration constraints, and option dependencies -- the kind of real-world commercial logic that breaks generic quote tools. JOQS carries that complexity so sales teams can configure accurately and ship quotes with confidence.

One engine, two products

FoodPronto.app and OrderPrompt.app are the same software. A pictured restaurant menu with options is a product configurator; the kitchen ticket is an order. OrderPrompt guides manufacturers and dealers through complex catalogs the same way -- configure, price, quote, and hand off the order.

Restaurant sales are Oahu-only for now and made in person -- we'll visit to ensure quality, and we build your menu from what you hand us.
